12.1 Opt-in Basis. toto33 sends promotional emails, SMS notifications, and in-platform messages regarding bonuses, new game releases, PSL betting promotions, and VIP tier milestones only to players who have opted in to receive marketing communications during registration or subsequently via their account settings.
